Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 11.00**
Open a new transparent image 600 x 600pxs
fill with paper 7, load mask
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**

Ribbon 3
Tag 2
Flower

Add on tube of choice
Add name
Add all copywrite info
Save it and we are all done! Go on for animation.
Choose layer with mask - merge group.
Make 3 more copies and close off all but top.
Set noise as below.
Copy merged paste into animation shop.
close off current layer and show layer below.
Apply noise hitting random.
Copy merged paste into animation shop after current frame.
close off current layer and show layer below.
Apply noise hitting random.
Copy merged paste into animation shop after current frame.
Once happy with it, save it and we are all done!

Add on tube of choice - to arrange in the frame..
duplicate the tube and place 1 under the frame, 1 above the frame.
Select the top image and using the eraser keep erasing at the bottom - going up-
till its through the frame.
May need to erase the bottom (tube) image just so it doesnt show below the frame.
add word Baby's got her blue jeans on
Add name
Add all copywrite info
Save it and we are all done!
